The staff were amazing particularly a man on the nightshift who made me feel safe and right at home. Our room was spotless and tidy upon arrival and breakfast was cooked just right with any errors they made quickly fixed.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable given the quality.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the spacious Superior Twin Room, which was perfect for our family. The kids loved exploring the charming café downstairs, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable.

The spacious standard double room was really comfy and quiet, making for a restful stay. Breakfast was quick to arrive and delicious, although the air conditioning had issues initially, staff promptly moved us to a cooler room and provided a Dyson fan for comfort. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

stayed for 2 nights in a lovely standard double room on the third floor. the room was clean and had complementary shower products. it's just a short walk from piccadilly train station. Make sure to try the breakfast. it's great! the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The rooms need some work. they sport dirty marks that show a lack of upkeep. The absence of a mini-fridge in standard rooms was noticeable, especially for someone wanting chilled drinks. I encountered mould in both rooms I tried, indicating an issue that should have been addressed by housekeeping. a broken elevator forced me to trek up to the third floor, which could be a hassle for anyone needing convenience during a longer stay.

Rooms were super spacious and stylish, featuring a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a cozy seating area. Loved the walk-in shower in the modern bathroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had amazing options like chocolate and coconut porridge. Location was perfect, just a short walk from Piccadilly Station.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a room issue late at night, which I remember fondly. Their dedication reminds me of Carol's effort to improve the mattress during another guest's stay. Highly recommend it for comfort and service! I'm coming back for Easter.

Elevators consistently malfunctioning!!! Cleaning standards need serious improvement!!! The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to discomfort. An overwhelming smell in the hallways detracted from the overall experience!!!
